EduXperiential is a research based organisation which came out of a passion to develop various experience based learning programs addressing the need of the hour for each student who cannot connect the dots of classroom learning with the real life.

We are a team of professionals, educators and travellers who love working with students & schools.

The experience based programs offered by EduXperiential further help the school management or decision-makers to bring positive lifetime impact in the overall learning development for K-12 students.

Saunak Basu

He believes the purpose of education is to replace the empty mind with the open one.His journey has been a diverse and enriching one, spanning almost two decades in the education industry, with a particular focus on outdoor education programs.

Having a thorough knowledge and strong academic qualification in the field of Tourism and Marketing. He keeps his focus on understanding and fulfilling customer expectations with maximum utilization of resources in the best possible manner to end the day with a smile.

His passion for bridging the gap between classroom learning and hands-on experiences led him to establish EDUXPERIENTIAL. Through this endeavour, he has been committed to equipping students with essential life skills that go beyond traditional academics, empowering them to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Over the years, he has collaborated with various schools, corporates, and families, gaining valuable insights and expertise in the fields of experiential learning, study tours, and residential programs. Witnessing the positive impact of these initiatives on the holistic development of individuals has been incredibly rewarding.

He believes that it is his karma to give back to the society in the form of innovative education programs and that is the best way possible because he is contributing to build the future of some young minds. He devotes his maximum time with creating ideas for these young minds. He keeps a note of the interests of his pupil and observes their bent of bind.

Besides, handling Eduxperiential he is also associated with “ StaplesAbode Foundation ” which runs a social work foundation to serve children who are HIV positive.

Mr. Saunak is devoted to the most noble cause of grooming and shaping up future by finding an opportunity through outdoor experiential learning apart from books.

Abhishek is a purpose-driven leader with over 23 years of work experience transforming ideas into impactful business outcomes across both traditional industries and disruptive start-ups.He has built and led high-performance teams comprising talent from diverse backgrounds - launching new ventures, building brands from the ground up, and steering them through critical growth phases.

Beyond the professional sphere, Abhishek is an avid explorer and a strong advocate for sustainable living. Whether biking through winding trails, cycling through vibrant city rhythms and hidden alleys, divinginto adventure sports or immersing himself in new cultures and cuisines, his inclination toward nature and human connection inspires a mindful approach to life and leadership. These experiences ground his belief that long-term business success is rooted in sustainability - balancing environmental responsibility, social impact, and economic value.
